So you have the travel behaviour under control.
A significant condition for assessing the travel behaviour of your staff are evaluations from the management information system (MIS). Each one of our DERPART TRAVEL SERVICE offices – individually drawn up and configured if required – can supply you with these evaluations.
The reports facilitate clearly expressed statistics on all business trips. The travel behaviour of individual employees become explicitly comprehensible and can thus be judged with transparency. The management information system thus offers a well-founded basis upon which professional decisions can be made.
Together with you, we evaluate the situation and have the possibility to suggest savings potential with regard to flights, car hire, rail travel and hotels. We can recognise, for example, exactly where maximal savings have already been applied and in which areas there are still a possibility for control.
The evaluations include, for example:
- Route reports (how many tickets for which flight route)
- Reports relating to individual airlines
- Reports according to costing department
- Travel dates, traveller, booking dates etc.
All information serves also as a negotiating basis for discussions with service providers. In this manner we can show you clearly which volume can be provided in order to negotiate individual optimal conditions for your benefit.
